Here's a great recipe from my greenhouse to you! Smoothies are all the rage right now. Try my berry smoothie to kick off your day or in place of calorie laden shakes.
  1.   1 cup frozen berry mix (the kind with blueberries, raspberries, etc)
  2.  cup coconut milk (you can find it at the nearest health food store. Sooo good! and very healthy)
  3. 1 ripe banana
  4. 1 handful baby greens  
optional...baby carrots, ginger, stevia. Play with it and make it your own. Just blend until smooth and enjoy!!!
