Here's a great recipe from my greenhouse to you! Smoothies are all the rage right now. Try my berry smoothie to kick off your day or in place of calorie laden shakes.
- 1 cup frozen berry mix (the kind with blueberries, raspberries, etc)
- cup coconut milk (you can find it at the nearest health food store. Sooo good! and very healthy)
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 handful baby greens
optional...baby carrots, ginger, stevia. Play with it and make it your own. Just blend until smooth and enjoy!!!
